Fairly smooth process -- a list of online assessments to complete which take a non-negligible time investment but the company has become much more effective at it throughout the years. These assessments are not straightforward and should not be underestimated. After a number of async steps, a couple of online interviews ensued (including one with management) which felt very professional but conversational, drilling down on motivation / key strengths / professional goals.
