This has been so far my best selection process experience. Considering the number of applicants I got feedback quite in a short time. I got the chance to try 2 sets of problem-solving challenges and it was so fun. I really appreciate how unconventional this was. Special thanks go to the recruiter, Irene, who was real support and helped out when necessary. Even though I wasn't able to move for other phases and to eventually get the job, it will remain a great inspiration that things can be done differently and still with an open heart. I don't want to be specific on this but I liked that the problems were focused on so many areas and also those, that you can't just cheat on but say something about who you are. If, obviously, you are not a cheater.

Molto lungo e complesso ma anche sfidante, lo ho apprezzato e han sempre mandato feedback. All fine è stata una bella esperienza. Sono felice di aver passato una selezione così complessa e difficile.

I haven't got to the interview part, but my experience with Bending Spoons was great. The HR team is very professional, I felt valued and respected throughout the interesting hiring process and I enjoyed it.

I got a set of problems that I needed to finish within 10 days. There were some questions about my personality, logical problems, and also a task related to recruiting process. My task was to find people on LinkedIn based on provided instructions.
The process is interesting and not ordinary. Overall it was a good experience, maybe a bit too sterile.
They provide a detailed feedback of you performance and your strengths & weaknesses.
