I applied through their website once, with immediate decline. Then I tried to apply again in 3-4 months. I was sent a happy and encouraging email with a link to the test and instructions. There were 7 tests. 1 for "logic" in the field of marketing or sales whatever, 5 physological-crappy-tests with dumb questions like "who you want to be in 5 years", ratings from 1 to five on your personal lifestyle and other old-fashioned psycocrap. Only 1 of 7 task was actually a technical task according to the position I've applied. In two days after sending them the tasks, I was contacted via email again, they wrote that they have a lot of other candidates and they were much better than me. But when I asked for detailed feedback - they never wrote again.
