The interview process is structured, thorough, and designed to assess candidates across multiple dimensions, from problem-solving skills to cultural fit. Below is an overview of the different stages: CV Screening The process begins with an initial review of the candidate's CV to assess their background and alignment with the role. Online Tests (First Round) Candidates are given two weeks to complete five online tests. These assessments primarily focus on: Problem-solving Reading comprehension Logical and numerical reasoning A practical case to be completed in Google Spreadsheet Aptitude and personality-based questions After successfully completing, candidates will go ahead with an interview with an HR representative. Online Tests (Second Round) & Technical Interview The second round includes another set of five tests similar to the first batch. Following this, candidates take part in a technical interview with two accounting department members, where their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are further evaluated. HR Interview & Problem-Solving Case Candidates who move forward will participate in another HR interview, including a case study focused on problem-solving to assess their analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Reference Check At this stage, the company requests references from 2-3 former colleagues to gain insights into the candidate's past work performance and professional behavior. Final Evaluation by the Hiring Committee The last step involves the hiring committee's comprehensive review of the candidate’s performance, which makes the final decision.

The process started out with a number of tests - these were mainly testing logic and problem solving. There were maybe 3 rounds of these tests that took a few hours each. There were then 3 face to face interviews before the offer was made. In total it took maybe 4-5 weeks.
