Informal interview followed by a code challenge then an on site interview. Overall it was a very casual process. No follow up after. Everyone was nice and the office was cool though.

Two video chat interviews, followed by an person interview. Chat interviews were more technical, in person interview was more personal. CEO asked me questions I considered pretty inappropriate and possibly illegal (He asked me if I have kids or if I plan on having kids in the near future, trying to determine if I would be willing to work long hours). The developer who interviewed me was nice enough, but the CEO removed any chance I had of continuing with the process. Very slow turn around time (promising to respond the next day, then not responding for several weeks).
