Stay far far away -- this is a company that's clearly growing faster than it can sustain, and it clearly shows in both comp and interview.
The phone screen is contracted out, so you'll have basically no knowledge of the role/position you're applying for to start out.
For the on-site, my first interviewer showed up a half hour late, every other interviewer had been at the company for less than a year, and comp was 30% below what can even be considered competitive.

They send an online test to complete post your resume gets selected. You need to complete the test within a week & send back. I did the same & verified my solutions running test cases even but did not hear back. - When you call back to HR, they don't bother you to answer back or even pick your call. - After trying few days, HR suddenly sent email that my profile isn't selected. ----- WORST company to go for interview & spend your time. I wish I could give less than one star to these fraudsters. ----- I generally don't write negative anything about company but please don't try these fraudsters ever in life. ------ These are the worst & irresponsible people to talk.

Contacted by better on LinkedIn. I had 2 rounds of technical interviews through a third-party company called karat followed by 4 rounds of interviews focused on design in virtual onsite. Everything went well and I was contacted a week later with a verbal offer. This is when things turned bad, the recruiter started giving me the run around for 4 weeks, and eventually, I was just ghosted. Based on other reviews here, ghosting seems to be common. According to posts on blind, better has stopped hiring and even laid off some people because of the upcoming IPO. I would have appreciated better being honest with me about it instead of wasting my time. Do not bother interviewing with better, it is a waste of time.

Second Round - Virtual Onsite
They don't have any interest to hire anyone. They simply wasted my one day of time. There is no feedback on the interview. I got interview slot after 3 weeks of my first round. The HR never called me to brief me about the interview. It was communicated through emails.
