It was a lengthy process, but I appreciate how thorough they are. Mostly honed in on culture fit after they made certain I knew what I was doing as a salesperson. Process was this: First, a recruiter contacted me to provide an overview of the company and the role. Next, I met with hiring manager for a 30min zoom call. Then I met with Director of Sales Enablement where they’d asked me to come prepared to deliver a 30min mock discovery call. After that I met with three additional people, separately - a peer, RVP, VP Sales. Last step is 30min with one of the Co-Founders. Additionally, there was a lengthy personality test I was asked to take.

The interview process was very organized and thoughtful. The recruiters were very helpful in ensuring that I was prepared ahead of each of my interviews and they were flexible with scheduling. I met with a diverse panel which was very important to me - I got to meet with people on my team and cross-functional teams to get a good sense of the inner workings of the organization. There was an interview dedicated to discussing values and high impact behaviors which was a big green flag. It was wonderful to see the team's commitment to building BetterUp's culture.

Very lengthy interview process, company is growing very fast, I had the feeling everyone was growing weary of processing so many candidates. Had many different interviews with many different levels.

Fabulous experience where you are able to meet a lot of BetterUp employees and learn a lot about the culture, the values and the strategy of the company. It was a real learning experience and all the person are very professional, they give you feedback and you get right away how passionate they all are.
