This job does not exist. It is a ghost job. The process was actually pretty quick. There were 7 rounds and two of the rounds were group interviews. I had to fly out to Colorado for the 6th and 7th interview rounds, which were redundant because they were the same people I spoke to on Zoom. How many times do you need to hear my work history?
A half hour after the final round I was asked to send over two references. I sent them five. NONE were even contacted. Then I got a generic rejection email that you usually receive when you don't even qualify for a screening call. I was told they went with other candidates who align more with what they are looking for. That job listing was reposted while I was on my way to the interview and is still up a month later. That indicates that they aren't actually filling this role. They just want to get free consultations.
Also I spoke about some other skills I have that can benefit the company. Now they opened a position based on what I said I can do.
Lastly, when the entire company is one racial group, there is a reason. They want to keep it that way, so unless you are northern or eastern European, don't waste your time.
