It is really sad to write such review about the interview process of BirdEye. After spending to entire day when i reached for HR round (with Director HR). It was totally a disaster to meet their so called "Director HR". I dont know what quality BirdEye has seen to hired him. That Gentleman has no information about this requirement. All the time whenever i tried to know more about his company..."He was totally Blank". I has no answer about any query i have raised. All the time he was replying "I have to check". I think that guy has serious ego issue. He was getting rude and angry with every question i have raised. I have a great advice to BirdEye. "Please placed a person at Director - HR post, who can represent your company well". HR function is the process where a candidate feel comfortable & can get the answer of all this queries & doubt. But, BirdEye is far away from this practices.

Starting was good. First two rounds had Javascript, Basic DSA, React questions. Third round was managerial round taken by Lead engineer. It started normally then turned into HLD LLD and React interview. Asking to implement a system. Any use of searching and looking up things was not allowed which doesn't align with real world scenario. Too much focus on code implementation rather than problem solving, approach, and concept clarity.
