It was good and tricky questions were asked in the interview. Some questions were of no use in the job profile and some were relates to SQL. Overall it was pretty good.

Received a mail from HR Via Naukri.com, Resume was shortlisted and then HR called and discussed further about my profile to check comm. skills and package. After which conducted an interview mutually.

Everything that was displayed in my Resume as i had written below points.
1) ITIL- Difference between Severity & Priority. What is Incident and change management.
2) Linux- How you change the shell of a user, How to make normal user a system user.
3) Windows/Mac- Defragmentation & Filesystem.
4) Networking- Routing & Routed Protocols. OSI Model, IPV4, How manys bits are there in Mac Address, Diff in TCP and IP.
5) Mysql- Search queries and on which layer mysql runs.
6) I have done b.tech so asked about my favorite subject and discussed it.
7) Prior calling Experience- Diff between European & American Customers.
