HR Screening call, followed by a hiring manager call that included a case study review. Then a peer case study presentation - yes a second one. At this point I was rejected. Then, the position I applied to was re-opened, and we connected again. I went through another Hiring Manager call, and a final call - thinking this is the one jerry... and sadly I was rejected, for the second time, on information that they had of me from the beginning. Very cruel.

The process is very slow, response after each stage of interview may take from 1 to 3 weeks. After I’ve got home task assignment I had to present it two times with the gap in between of 1,5 weeks. If someone can’t join the call then better to just move it rather than asking to present it twice.
Felt by the end of the process that the expectations weren’t set clearly. Is it focus on output, on research on both. Just don’t lie it take 2-3 hours, for real, that’s nonsense. Solution I did took two days in order to get into the context, play with the app, with similar apps etc.
Also I see the same role being reposted in LinkedIn many times for more that 3 months already. Makes it hard to believe there is no right person but rather that the team doesn’t have clear understanding who they need in the team.
The recruiter was really nice. But after such long process would appreciate to have a quick call to provide feedback rather than email.

Every interview I had with my potential teammates and leadership was very relaxed, "real" interviews with consistent expectations for the position.
The atmosphere was always very positive. You can tell they have a very positive, open, and friendly culture and they strive to maintain it that way.
