5 -stage interview process that would take 3-5 weeks to complete. 1. HR specialist 2. Trading Operations specialist Leads. 3. Data and Expert leads 4. Head of Trading 5. Head of Operations

The first interview was a very basic conversation with an HR employee on past working experience. Second interview was with the Head of the Department, again on past experiences and on motivation. Third interview again with the Head of the Department and with a Operator of the Department. They asked technical questions on blockchain/cryptos, equities and risk management. Questions were very basic and I had the impression that no one there knew what the answer should have been.
