I rated it difficult because once its started it goes so fast and you're not really prepared for what's next. If you complete the 3 round process you have most likely been chosen for a position. Be yourself!! The first round is a stand up quick 1:1 interview where you'll be asked a few questions by the head people in charge. Next you'll have a roll playing interview where you'll be asked to memorize a few scenarios and you'll have to go with it. The last round you'll be asked to draft 2 emails on various titles within a time frame that I can remember how long it was. Hope this helps.
