The interview process was a little too long over a period of one and a half to two months. There were 2 virtual phone screens and one on-site meet up. However, the long waiting time mostly due to managers out of town or not available. Once they make a decision, it was really quick.

One of the rounds is a HM pitch for the role and to answer any questions that you may have about Square and the role.
