Step 2: Technical and System Thinking Deep Dive The second stage was a comprehensive session split into two distinct parts: Stage 2A: Hands-on Technical Scenario This was a technical implementation interview that focused on practical problem-solving rather than typical algorithm challenges (non-LeetCode style). I was presented with a business scenario and a starting point of code, and the objective was to implement a functional solution. This part was challenging because the specific, real-world context of the problem was unexpected and required a shift in focus to quickly grasp the business requirements before starting the implementation. Stage 2B: System Design and Domain Thinking Following the coding session, this stage assessed my broader architectural and design knowledge. The interview covered system design thinking, posing different questions across various domains of a system to evaluate how I approach complexity, scalability, and integration within a larger technical ecosystem. Step 3: Technical Lead Alignment & Fit The final interview was conducted with a Technical Lead. The discussion was focused on determining the best fit for my skills and interests within the organization. Discuss my preferences regarding technology stack, project types, and career growth. Overall Experience Summary The overall experience was positive and collaborative.
