Waste of time. The recruiter reached out to me from London, asked some questions, sounded really positive about next steps. She then requested code examples which I provided her with. However, she never even opened my follow-up email which makes me believe that she knew she was not going to move forward before even ending the call. The recruiting process is a MAJOR reflection of company culture. So when a recruiter is dishonest, ghosts you, and is not able to professionally let you down, I think it shows that the company is lacking.
