First, on January 8th, their administrator sent me an email letting me know that they received my application that I should expect a call from her. I took her phone call and we discussed my work history VERY briefly. A couple of days later, I had a PANEL interview (red flag #1) with three other people, in which the four of us sat and watched someone from the company go through a Powerpoint slide talking about the rapid growth we would experience while at the company. Once I realized that I wasn't interviewing for the position they had posted, I chose to bow out of the interview process. I'm writing this on April 22nd, and since January, they have been calling me almost nonstop (I finally blocked them a couple of weeks ago) and emailing me saying that they received my application (that I didn't submit).
