I didn't end up choosing to work with the company, but I went through four separate conversations with recruiters at the company. If you are interested in a sales job, and would like to earn commission but don't have a lot of experience, maybe this is the position for you. It is advertised as a marketing position. I was told that base weekly salary is $600, and that you are required to work two weekend days per month. So that breaks down to around $12 to $15 an hour according to the given hours, which are 9-6. Beyond that, starting off you are able to make 34% commission on donations collected past $2000 during the work week. From what I gathered, every work day, you spend around an hour or two in office prepping to go connect, and then spend the rest of the work day tabling at a retail location like Walmart, Ulta, ect. If you are looking for a marketing position, you will not find it within their promotional structure. They beat around the bush when describing the actual roles within their office, but the idea that I got was that you start in a sales role and move into a recruiting role, because I was told that you make more per week depending on how many trainees you retain below you. If any of this appeals to you, maybe this is the right job for you.

Very lengthy information with no real detail or explanation of what they do and how they sustain it, they do not require much information from you nor do they need much qualifications

First, on January 8th, their administrator sent me an email letting me know that they received my application that I should expect a call from her. I took her phone call and we discussed my work history VERY briefly.
A couple of days later, I had a PANEL interview (red flag #1) with three other people, in which the four of us sat and watched someone from the company go through a Powerpoint slide talking about the rapid growth we would experience while at the company. Once I realized that I wasn't interviewing for the position they had posted, I chose to bow out of the interview process.
I'm writing this on April 22nd, and since January, they have been calling me almost nonstop (I finally blocked them a couple of weeks ago) and emailing me saying that they received my application (that I didn't submit).
