First you speak on the phone with HR which doesn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge or experience since they outsourced them outside of the US. Then you have a video call with the hiring manager, then with someone higher up. After that they might ask you to do a project or presentation and then they will completely ghost you afterwards. If you try to follow up with HR they won’t respond at all. That says a lot about the culture of this company and how perspective employees are being treated.

Typical process, start with recruiter, then hiring manager and two steps above. The whole process for four interviews took about a week and a half. They also brought in a second recruiter to align the meetings, but you didn't interview with them.
