Starts with HR manager interview, followed by functional and technical team interview and finally with professional services manager / director. The functional and technical team interview is a group / panel interview. About 2-3 will take turns during the interview.

Situational questions will be asked as well, like which are the top 3 difficult implementation you did and how did you manage to go about it. Professional Services Director / Manager typically asks situational questions related to skills, projects etc.

Well planned and give you plenty of time to prepare. Had three different interviews with the team I would be working with. The nice thing was it was very quick. So if they thought you were a good fit, you almost get the next interview as soon as you are available.

Was called by the HR for an interview in Bangalore. I was told my profile is the perfect fit but i have to pay to travel to their office. When i requested to check if you there is an option for online interview, was informed that the HR will check and get back. No word till 10 days. When i do a follow up, was told that am not fine to travel! When did I ever say I wasn't fine, I dont know but when i pointed it out, suddenly the position went on hold.
