The whole interview progress is relatively simple. I got 4 rounds interview, 1st HR, then first line manager, then APAC VP, and APAC president. They asked question from different angels about my experience, how to solve difficulties, and key thought during my work.

Three questions you'd like to ask customer in 1st meeting
Most of the early stuff is with recruiter/HR. They will get everything ready for meetings with hiring manager and member(s) of sales management team. Fairly typical process with reasonable decision timeline.

Talk about relevant job history. Experience with existing customers and/or new prospects.
Very short But I was able to get an interview due to some associated friends. Just did an interview with my Direct Supervisor and HR. Everybody was very easy going but thorough.
