My interviews were pretty standard until I was asked to do their test task and make a business case. I complied and delivered them my work to which I received no answer or feedback for months. I emailed the recruiter multiple times and got no reply. I tried reaching out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and I also got no reply. Around 2 months after I submitted my test task, the same recruiter messages me on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in joining Bolt for a different analyst position, somehow completely oblivious to the fact that I was the same person he was ignoring for the past 2 months. I confronted him with the situation and he didn't apologize at all, just pretended like he didn't receive any of my emails or LinkedIn messages and said he'd have a look into how the process for the previous position was. After a couple of days he sends me a generic rejection message without any feedback on my test task. This was not my 1st negative experience with Bolt recruiters though, previously I had a different recruiter reach out to me for an interview for an analyst position and then proceeded to never reply to me again. I don't know who are these recruiters that Bolt is hiring but they should really start paying more attention to whom they hire.

After the screening, I had homework for data analysis, and after that the first interview with a team's manager. Then interview with the team. I can't say that it was difficult, but it was confusing that after interview with the manager, when he asked when you were available to start working and basically implied that it's almost the offer you have one more general interview with the team. And after you made it to the final round you get rejected via no reply message.
