Was a initial call with the manager, Tell me about yourself. Then asked about why you wanna work at the company, what was the reason for leaving, what did you do at previous place. Then followed by few technical question regarding java, concurrency, hashcode, hashmap, imutability. Basic of java is required.

Interviewed for a role in Leeds. Company moved really quick, about a week between my first interview and an offer. Had 3 interviews via teams, an initial chat with the the CTO going through my CV, then a pair programming technical interview with a few questions of increasing difficulty with some members of the engineering team, then a final chat with the CEO.

It was an efficient and lovely process. You get an initial 30 min call and the questions asked are to get to know more about your background. You can pick a slot you are available for to interview.
