Weirdly into online screening quizzes and puzzles, administered remotely, so the barriers to cheating are virtually absent, while the payoff — a job — is extremely high. Hard to believe it's not happening. It was pretty obvious how to get away with it and would certainly give an advantage. They might be selecting for dishonesty and talent for cheating, not job skills. Unless that's your thing.

I really enjoyed the experience I had during the recruitment process. I had constant contact with the HR responsible for my file and I was updated every step of the way. During the interviews I got to showcase my skills and meet some of the great people I eventually got to work with.

Interview 1 - Screening with the HR recruiter
Interview 2 - Interview with the design manager where they ask about your process and general UX principles
Interview 3 - Craft interview where you put together a presentation speaking to 1 or 2 past design projects
Interview 4 - Interview with the PM and design manager again. This is a fit interview to see how you solve problems and tackle difficult situations
