I was initially contacted by a recruiter from BrightHouse, after they discovered my details on a job site, from which we discussed the opportunity and next steps if I wanted to proceed.
I had two one-on-one interviews with them, both at times to help minimise the impact on my previous role. Each interview was with a senior manager where we discussed my background, my skills for the role and the company to assess fit.
After each interview I had a call with the recruiter to discuss how it went and the next steps (second interview, offer timings), so I understand what was happening at all times and when I could expect to hear back.

Typical background questions on my employment history and skills I had developed in each role.
Presentation followed by a range of competency based questions on dealing with conflict, customers, internal stakeholders. Not very challenging but well thought through and if the answers weren't clear enough they probed quite a lot to get to the detail they needed.
