BrightTALK had a professional process. The representative from HR reached out to set up an intro and from there I met three members of the sales team including the President/CRO for individual meetings. After the individual meetings you do a presentation to the three people you interviewed with. I ended up accepting another offer towards the end of the interview process here - not sure if I was the best fit but it's not reflective of how professional the process is here.

Questions were more focused on who you were and what drives you. While there are some questions about past accomplishments it wasn't all just about how much money have you brought in.

The hiring process is very thorough. If you're interviewing for a sales position expect to meet with more than half of the team (usually 4-6 different team members are a part of the process) and get an excellent feel for the types of people who work here. The interviews usually happen within a few days of each other, with half of them happening in the first round, the second half happening in the second round. After that, the offer is usually made.
