Initial Email outreach with additional questionaires on basic SEO terminologies, and knowhow. Also 100+ question personality test. The personality test showed an emphasis on competition and lack of colloborative emphasis. Perhaps showing the focus on quantitative analysis of potential applicants as opposed to getting to know them. Not super motivating if you're an individual hoping to be seen as more than just a number or another employee.

4-5rd process. Very fast. Recruiters set you up for success. Not the easiest interview, but be honest and transparent why you’re entering tech sales and they’ll love that.

The interview process was really thorough and had multiple steps. They really hyped me up and made me feel confident in my interview and mislead me into thinking I was a perfect fit. I ended up not getting the position. I did exactly what I was asked to get the position (they make it very clear what you should do to prepare and how you should answer/ask certain questions) and it was just a really difficult process for them to just lead me on. Not saying they’ll do this to everyone but just don’t get your hopes up entirely too high. I think it should be more of an honest process.
