I was offered less than what I was earning already but with the promise that salaries will be revised and there will be a hike every 3 months. Been working here for almost 2 years now, still waiting up on my first salary hike.

Good but could be more descriptive and informative. The interviewers were easy going and made the process comfortable. The questions asked were basic and since it’s a start up, work and culture was made very clear.
