This is one of the best interview processes I have experienced. The recruiter is very clear about the process and the company/ team is very specific for the candidate they are looking for. Before the interview they share the structure of the interview and what can the candidate expect which helps with the preparation. The recruiter does a great job in explaining all the details and the expectations of the role

All the questions were based around my past experience with project/program management and my understanding of the topic. The interviewer went deep into my experience, asked about the team structure, team size, the methodologies used.
