Got interviewed for the process - Did not get hired but overall a pathetic and a negative process. Mix of interview + Case study 1. Got reached out basis the application on website 2. The interviews from the beginning kept on getting rescheduled and interviewer was late in the rounds 3. Got 4 rounds of interviews + a case study 4. I got rejected post the final.HR round and there was no clear feedback just that we had better candidates. Looks like they have not laid out a great structure for the interview process . The interviewers themselves seem up in the air with vague answers and vague thoughts. They want to run this like how Google hires but they don't have the systems or the structure to do so.
