The interviewer was late by about 15 mins and after one question told me I'm not suitable for this role. She can see my experience on my cv but still invited me to interview I dont understand. it was awful.

The interviewer was rude and says unnecessary feedbacks. They also didn't speak English very well so it was hard to understand them sometimes. The questions are all behavioral and situational.

the proecess is like: online assessment-tech interview-tech interview-tech interview-HR call
The progress is pushed rapidly, the whole process takes about 2 weeks. But the Cv review is a little bit slow
