      They have 5 rounds of interviews. The candidate should pass every step to proceed to the next interview. Suppose you are a good candidate. Generally, the probability that an interviewer recommends a candidate is not close to 1 if the candidate is good. Suppose that it is around 0.8. It means that even if you are a good candidate, the probability that you going to be offered is around 33 percent. The interview system fails on 67 percent of the cases (1 - p^5).

      Colloquio

      Talked to two team mates, the hiring manager and some executive. Interviews with the two team mates and manager were pleasant but they all seemed very over worked and stressed, when I asked about the work environment they would answer with some negative stuff and then add that they 'were not trying to scare me off'. One wasn't even aware he was scheduled for the interview until 5 minutes before. In the last interview the exec never showed up and I had to contact HR. 30 minutes later he joined and said he didn't know he had to attend this interview. Afterwards was ghosted and never heard anything.

      Colloquio

      First round was good, meet with technical guy, we able to communicate and understand each other. Second round is bad, I like talking to a business guy, I unable to understand what he want at all, it not really like what advertised in their company website which is no ego... Open... Humble... Which I don't feel so? Maybe I shouldn't said this is bad... Just incompatible with me only.
