The HRBP for India reached out to me directly on LinkedIn and gave a great feedback about my past experience and that I will be a great fit for the Account Manager position at Bytedance. I had 4 rounds of interview the last one being with the HR who discussed my salary expectations and Its been a month and I haven't heard back. what kind of a company takes all round of interviews and then don't respond back.
If they were discussing my salary expectation which clearly meant I was through and they just had to roll out the offer.

So far they have 4 stages on interview. Quite tiring to go through all stage but it's worth it because my team is amazing. You will have written assessment, HR interview, technical interview & one with your potential TL.

Overall are good, there are 4 interview rounds, last round is HR Lead round, with 3 business and hiring managers rounds, overall experience are good. No additional comments on the interview process

Introduce about yourself and your past experiences
it is not very pleased because there are two interruptions from interviewer's phone call. feels that it is not so well organized or valued. maybe could be improved later so that candidate would feel better.
