- First interview with someone in China, who couldnt speak english at all.
- Second interview with a guy that ends posting in the last 10m of interview a "Hard" level HackerRank (Longest palindrome string) and that dive into questions for a Lead of high complexity..
With such interview scheme.. no wonder no candidates...
