HR was nice but hiring manager was super unfriendly.
After the initial call with HR, advanced into hiring manager round. Rejected thereafter. Everything was done online via Lark (their own app)
Dodged a bullet there because I'd probably not get along with the hiring manager anw
Really snobbish and arrogant. Ignored my scheduling, ignored my preferences. This is not the first time being interviewed by ByteDance or TikTok. Every single time, this company has got the worst experience.
Only managed to go through Hr and hiring manager and didn’t hear back. Both interviewers are professional, however it seems like they are also unsure about the role itself. Wish they would give a response
Four stages interview. The recruiter contacted me then proceeded with a phone call interview. Then with the team lead, manager, and lastly HR manager. All of that took two weeks. Overall, the experience was good.
