Went through rounds of interviews, with mostly overlapped questions. The recruiter then called to say I got the job and was waiting for approval to send the offer letter, and I ended up not getting a job due to a sudden headcount freeze. Wasted weeks with this company and even rejected offers from other companies because of this.

The interviewer was rude and says unnecessary feedbacks. They also didn't speak English very well so it was hard to understand them sometimes. The questions are all behavioral and situational.

The progress is pushed rapidly, the whole process takes about 2 weeks. But the Cv review is a little bit slow
