Colloquio
I had worked for CACI previously and left on a bad note. A former CACI associate had submitted my name as "the perfect" candidate for this position at a different location. I was planning on taking the summer off but was told it was a work at home position with occasional travel to Washington DC. There was a phone interview conducted at 8pm and the interviewer (the Project/Program Manager since they were short on people) asked a few basic questions then requested I come down for an in-person interview. The interview was rescheduled twice. Disregarding the fact that I lived 6 hours from the interview location, the PM requested a 10am interview a week from our phone conversation. The morning before our meeting, the PM requested I bring work samples. I invested approximately 8 hours searching through past projects and compiled a CD. Upon arriving at the location, several employees walked around and ignored the stranger (me) at the front desk looking lost. I called the PM to retrieve me. We went to a large conference room which was being renovated. We talked for about 10 minutes thinking the interview was going to start any minute now when the PM said "ok, well, I just wanted to meet you in person and talk terms. You had the job after our call" I didn't even get to showcase my work nor did I get to meet any other team mates from our division.

I searched and applied for the position on their website. I received a response from them heard within a week. I was then asked to give a phone interview. I received the job on the spot and heard from HR the next day.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CACI International (Dayton, OH) nel mese di nov 2016
Colloquio
Once contacted on the first call, it took about two weeks to receive a hiring decision. The first call introduced me to the management and team leads. They asked questions from resume content and from their own content. The call was cordial and brief, lasting less than half an hour. The second call was from the director and assistant director. They asked more detailed questions pertaining to my experience, specific tools I used, terms, and situations. One question was a scenario they created to listen to my response. It was exhaustive, but friendly.
After the phone interviews it took a few days to set up the in person panel interview. I sat with the director, a department manager, and two team leads. They askes similar questions to what were in the second phone interview. It was as relaxed as possible and emphasized core beliefs, company culture, and personality.
In all I think CACI's interview process is tough in a good way. It is worth the effort.
