Easy, almost too easy, felt like a scam. My recruiter barely asked me any questions and obviously just wanted to fill a spot for her commission. All in all it's a really easy process as long as you can get a security clearance but it's a dead-end job.

3 senior paralegals/management joined the interview and took turn asking specific questions about my previous experiences and my connection and ambition towards position. Specifically, they dove into details about a specific ediscovery program and asked several questions about the program itself.
