It was straight-forward and had no leetcode type questions. I had a referral, so it's possible I skipped the first screening interview. I met with the Director of Digital Transformation, Principle Engineer (and future manager), and Technical Director. The topics discussed were overall company direction related to AI and my roles and responsibilities. I was given the floor to align my experiences/ skills with those responsibilities. Finally, there was further technical Q&A, building off of previous discussions.
