There were three managers in a small conference room. I was very uncomfortable. There was no room to more around at all. One person didn't ask any questions at all and acted like he was bored. One of the others just asked a couple of questions and they left all the rest of the conversation to the third person. They needed to balance out the conversation so that all three of them participated. They also needed to use a larger room so that a woman alone with three men felt more comfortable.
