Communication was clear, transparent and everything was well-organized.
Vivek, Sr. Technical Recruiter, was incredibly supportive, ensuring transparency and patiently answering all my questions. Throughout the process, the CARFAX team made sure candidates felt comfortable while thoroughly assessing their skills. The final round with managers and the director was more of a casual conversation, focusing on adaptability to CARFAX’s culture.

The HR experience was very positive, and the process moved forward quickly, which I appreciated. However, the panel interview was disappointing. From the start, the main interviewer seemed dissatisfied with my background, particularly my lack of work experience in the U.S. This sentiment seemed to guide the rest of the conversation, which ended up focusing only on behavioral questions.
What I found confusing was that, if my experience was such a concern, I’m not sure why I was moved forward in the process to this stage. It raises questions about the communication between the HR team and the interview panel.
