Phone screening and in person. Recruiter reached out and asked me several questions about my background and when I was available to start. I later received an email to come into the office for an in-person interview. Met with two people briefly.

Step 1 - initial phone call from HR recruiter to get a feel and ensure basic competency, schedule interview
Step 2 - 1 in-person interview via 3 person panel (BC program leads)
