The interview process started with the online application, follow up from the recruiter and the recruiter asking to complete an online challenge. The online challenge included inappropriate content, the use of the in word, suggested that that group of people are inferior with smaller brains than white people. When I pointed out the content to the recruiter she didn't see much wrong with the content and how it was presented. This online assessment speaks to their internal culture.
