Sit down interview, very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I was offered a coffee and some water before sitting down with the hiring manager. The interviewer had clearly read my C.V. as I had written that I was learning an instrument and they talked to me about this. I really felt that I could see myself working here once I left.

Struggled a bit due to learning difficulty but it's confusing to point out if companies just need to do better in actively providing Accommodations (as sometimes being neurodivergent means having inability to know I am struggling and what I need - more time? Slow pace? Question reframed differently? Change in approach of assessment? Like I have an excellent experience in managing customers but If I am asked give us an exampleof time you managed a difficult customer there are chances my brain is jumping through multiple examples even though I prepared one specific, or I can't remember the one I prepared.. if I was instead asked lets say you are doing x and there y and you get a difficult customer - how would you approach - I would be able to demonstrate my ability.
