The interview process at Calix is arduous at best. It can be time-consuming, but it is well-organized. You can expect to meet anywhere from 6 to 8 individual team members from all areas of the company.
Great communication and clarity as to steps involved and desiring that candidates are a good fit for the company culture and position. Lengthy interview process but well worth it to ensure a good fit.
Interviews were broken into several 30 minute, one on one zoom calls, starting with the hiring manager and then various team members. They are focused on finding highly skilled and collaborative team members.
