Interview process was extremely lengthy and disappointing. I went through 5 rounds of interviews over nearly one month. The first round was conducted on April 30 and the final round on May 26. Throughout the process, I invested significant time in preparation, attending interviews, and following up on updates. My concern is not the rejection itself. Every company has the right to select the candidate they believe is the best fit. The issue was the duration and number of rounds involved before reaching a decision. If there were major concerns regarding my suitability, those could have been identified much earlier in the process. For candidates, spending a month in a multi-round interview process only to be rejected at the final stage can be frustrating and time-consuming. A more streamlined evaluation process and faster decision-making would greatly improve the candidate experience. I hope the company reviews its interview process and communication timelines so that future candidates have a better experience.
This was by far the worst interview experience of my career. I went through multiple rounds of interviews over the course of nearly a month, investing a significant amount of time, effort, and preparation. Despite clearing several rounds, the company ultimately chose to move forward with another candidate after keeping me engaged for weeks.
The entire process felt highly unprofessional and poorly managed. If my profile was not a fit, that decision should have been made much earlier instead of making a candidate wait for such a long period. The lack of timely decision-making and respect for a candidate's time was extremely disappointing.
The interview process negatively impacted my confidence and caused unnecessary stress. Candidates deserve transparency, timely feedback, and a well-organized hiring process, none of which I experienced here.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to job seekers. The management and hiring team should seriously improve their interview process and candidate experience.
