Initial phone interview. If you pass the phone interview you will most likely be invited to a "meet-n-greet" where you'll have the opportunity to speak with some current employees and fellow applicants. The in-person interviews involved being interviewed twice, each time by two interviewers at once. This mostly involved discussing your interests, qualifications, and discussing why consulting would be a good fit for you.
