First step is a phone screen with a recruiter, consisting of mostly questions about your resume and experiences. If you pass this, you get invited to an onsite interview. There will be a meet and greet social event either before or after your interview. This is a chance to interact with current Captech employees. The food and drinks provided were pretty good. Also, Captech books a hotel for you and flys you in if necessary. Otherwise, they will reimburse you for driving. This is probably the most important part, the actual interview, which consists of 3 interviews (2 behavioral, 1 technical). behavioral interview: you will get asked questions about your previous experiences. you will also be asked why consulting and how you would explain a specific technical concept to a non technical person. lastly, expect questions about teamwork and classic "tell me a scenario when you ..." technical interview: this is a typical white boarding coding interview. if you aren't familiar with these, you basically solve coding problems on a whiteboard while talking through your solution. I would say Captech's technical interview has less of an emphasis on the difficulty of the questions, and more about communicating with your interviewer while solving the problem. I would recommend talking through multiple solutions for a certain problem, and the pros/cons of each.

I had an interview with the recruiter. She was very nice and welcoming. Asked me about my experience and projects relevant to job description. Had some scheduling issues though. Overall good experience.
