Next step - interviewed with a senior manager via phone Flown into office to interview. I understand that it’s a smaller firm but there is literally zero diversity. All the people I spoke to and saw where white men. Being a person of color and female, that’s a bit of a red flag to me. I looked online, & except for HR there really doesn’t seem to be ANY diversity in this company’s leadership. I’ve worked in enough corporate settings to understand that the “good old boys club” is a real thing and an absolute crus show that I don’t want to have to deal with
