First round of interviews was good and I was really interested in the company. I got invited to the second round of interviews as well. They paid for mileage and stay at a hotel. There was an event where there were drinks and some finger food, and a presentation about their company. It was difficult to mingle though (I thought) because instead of being introduced to people, I kept being told "you should talk to other people." So I would continuously butt into other people's conversations to introduce myself, talk for 2 minutes, and then they would tell me that I should meet more people so I would go interrupt others and repeat. I think they could've made it a little easier on us. Also, they promised they would let us all know whether we got the job or not within 2 weeks. Guess what? I never, ever heard from them again.
